What's the difference between a regular and a deep clean?
Regular clean
- Kitchen worktops, hob, sink and appliance fronts
- Bathrooms cleaned, descaled and polished
- Mirrors and glass streak-free
- Dusting of all reachable surfaces
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Beds made and towels folded hotel-style
- Bins emptied, switches and handles wiped
Deep clean
- Everything in a regular clean, plus:
- Inside the microwave
- Tiles, grout and sealant detailed
- Kickboards and cupboard tops
- Skirting boards, door frames and radiators
- Window sills and frames
- Extractor fans and light fittings
- Wardrobe tops and handles
What if I'm not happy?
Tell me within 24 hours and I'll come back to put it right, free. You also see before-and-after photos of every room before the balance is taken, and if you report a problem, nothing more is charged until it's sorted.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many clients leave a key or share a key-safe code. Access details are encrypted and only shown to me on the day of your clean.
How does payment work?
Once you accept your quote, a 50% deposit secures your date and your card is saved securely with Stripe. After the clean you get your photos, and the balance is taken when you approve them, or automatically 24 hours later.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before and your deposit is refunded in full. With less notice the deposit is kept, because I can't offer the time to anyone else. If I ever have to cancel, you're always refunded in full.
How many hours do I need?
You choose, from 3 hours. If I think your home needs longer, I'll say so in your quote before you pay anything. Inside the fridge, cupboards and windows can be added as extras. I don't offer oven cleaning just yet.
Do you clean businesses?
Yes. Small offices, shops, studios and salons, from £22 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, one-off or regular. Book a time like any clean and tell me about your premises in your details. I'll confirm the price in writing before you pay anything.
Why is end of tenancy a quote?
Every move-out is different. Tell me about the property and I'll send a fixed price in writing within a day. It's free, with no obligation.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes. Premium products and professional equipment are included in every clean. If a surface needs something specific, just add a note to your booking.
What about pets?
Pets are very welcome. Let me know about them when you book so I can plan the right amount of time.
Which areas do you cover?
Canterbury and nearby villages (Canterbury, Sturry, Blean, Harbledown, Littlebourne, Chartham and Bridge), plus Whitstable, Herne Bay and Faversham, where visits have a 4-hour minimum.
